Seniors clinch first league point
A weakened first fifteen escaped from Pairc Charman
with a draw against Gusserane following a late equaliser
by David Gannon to give us our first point in the All
County Football League. Following a staedy downpour all
day, conditions were not condusive to flowing football
and this should up in the number of misplaced passes and
poor shooting from both sides. Goals from Darren
Browne and Philly Cullen were critical to the effort but
improvements still need to be made before we meet Bannow
- Ballymitty in the first round of the WFC Senior
Football Championship on May 7th
