Juniors draw with Fethard in Championship opener
The Junior team met Fethard in the first round of the
Junior 'A' championship in Taghmon on Sunday and, after
a hard fought game, both sides finished level (1-10 to
0-13)to send this match to a replay. This is a game we
probably should have won given the amount of possession
we had in the second half but credit to Fethard who hung
on and came back to equalise, despite being 2 points
down with 5 minutes to go.
