Starlights prevail despite valiant effort by U12's in
County semi-final
Despite a brave effort by our U12 team on Thursday
night last, the Starlights won their way through to the
Division 1 U12 County final by beating our lads by 2
points. No blame can be attached to any player on the
panel as they gave their all throughout the entirety of
the game, with the result being in doubt right up to the
final whistle. The club should be proud of this group of
players and there is no doubt that they can build on
this performance and go on to clinch a county title in
the years ahead.
