Opening League Win for Seniors
The Senior team made a winning start to their All-County
League Proemier 'B' campaign when they beat Craanford
in Páirc Charman on Sunday last by 1-8 to 0-8.
Philly Cullen's 1st minute goal proved to be the difference
between the two sides although the North County men had
hauled themselves back to level terms by half-time. Five
unanswed points early in the second half put us in the
driving seat but a spirited fightback meant we had to
wait until the last minute for Emmet Keeling to seal the
victory.
