Seniors qualify for league final
A storming first half performance which saw us lead by
0-9 to 0-1 at half-time was the foundation for the Senior
team to advance to the Premier 'B' league final on Wednesday
at the expense of the Shelmaliers on a 0-13 to 1-2 scoreline.
Having played so well in the first half, our performance
after the interval may have been a cause for concern for
the mentors as we were outplayed for long periods and,
but for some woeful shooting by our opponents, the game
could have been a much closer affair.
We now face Bunclody in the league final before facing
Glynn-Barntown in the Championship.
